Scott Ray Randall lives in Sacramento, CA, where he works as an Air Pollution Specialist for the Air Resources Board. He monitors particulate matter (PM10) levels in California. Scott recently earned a Masters Degree in Molecular Biology from CSUS. His thesis research investigated apolipoprotein A-I; a protein key in the battle against heart disease.



Scott has been an active artist for over a decade. Inspired by science and his vivid dreams, he creates unique artwork. Originally working in acrylics and mixed-media, he now works almost exclusively digitally, and has been involved in the mail-art movement.

In search of a new creative outlet Scott has recently began trying his hand at writing children's books. His goal is to write books that entertain while teaching children about the world around them.
